Hi, I’m Morgan Venn! I’m 27 years old, half South African and half American, and I’ve always felt a strong connection to travel, the ocean, wellness, and creating meaningful experiences with other people.
I’m a content creator but my main reason for being so is because I love how easy it is to connect with women from all over the world who share so many of the same interests and are looking for more opportunities to get outside, try something new, and meet like-minded people!
Surfing has become one of those things for me. I absolutely love it, but I’m still very much a beginner , which is actually one of the reasons I’m so excited about this trip. There’s no pressure to show up as an amazing surfer! I’ll be learning, improving, falling off my board, and celebrating the little wins right alongside everyone else.
Being half South African also makes hosting a trip like this feel especially meaningful to me. I’m so excited to bring together a group of women for a trip filled with surfing, adventure, good food, beautiful surroundings, and hopefully some new friendships along the way.
More than anything, I want this trip to feel fun, welcoming, and like the kind of experience you leave wishing you could do all over again! Excited to meet you and learn with you!

All packages include comfortable shared lodge accommodation. Private room upgrades and twin-room options can be selected directly when making your booking. (See full room breakdown below).
A 35% deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation, with the remaining balance due prior to arrival. Strict cancellation: Because camp capacity is limited to 20 spots, bookings are non-refundable once confirmed. If you need to cancel, a refund can only be issued if a replacement guest is found to take your spot.

How is the Airport Transfer Arranged?
Transfers are included on the official start and end dates (14 Mar & 28 Mar 2027) at Port Elizabeth Airport (PLZ). Send us your flight details before departure and our driver will meet you at arrivals.
FROM WHAT AGE CAN I REGISTER?
Registration is open to anyone 18 years or older. This camp is exclusively for women from around the globe, with an average age between 20 and 32 years.
CAN I JOIN SOLO?
Yes, absolutely! In fact, over 80% of our girls join completely solo. From the moment you arrive, Morgan and the Surf Lodge family create a welcoming atmosphere where strangers quickly become lifelong friends.
WHAT SURF LEVEL DO I NEED?
All levels are welcome, especially beginners! Morgan is on her own beginner surf journey and excited to learn and improve right alongside you. Our professional instructors coach in small groups (1:5 ratio) with tailored progression.
WHICH MEALS ARE INCLUDED?
Every morning, a fresh, healthy breakfast buffet is served on the oceanfront deck.
In addition, 8 hosted lodge dinners are included—such as traditional South African Braais (BBQs) and our open-fire campfire feast during the Schotia Big 5 Safari.
Vegetarian options are readily available; please let us know when booking.
DO I NEED TRAVEL INSURANCE?
Yes, travel insurance is mandatory for all guests. Please ensure your policy covers international travel and adventure sports including surfing.
PAYMENT & CANCELLATION POLICY
A 35% deposit secures your spot immediately upon booking. The remaining balance is payable prior to arrival.
